How many use slick tricks and what wieght

I am going to go back to slicks I use to shoot them all the time and now I just got the bug to go back. I would like some input on what wieght most use and what the total arrow wieght is.

I use 125s and my total is right at 430grains with brass inserts any and all input is welcome..

I wasnt to thrilled with a few of my shots this year. Ive killed 4 for the freezer BUT---> I lost a big buck and dont care to even discuss it. I lost a decent buck and dont even want to talk about that either..im starting over from the top and reworking all my angles and checking all my stuff. It may just have been me but I owe it to the next to make sure Im capable and conifident next time..dammit

I use the 100gr.mags. They fly the same as the regular slicks, but have a wider cutting area. I also use the brass inserts.

I completely missed a nice buck this year, but I got him during muzzleloading. It was best that I missed him. I hung my crossbow
up on a hook and the hook must have hit my arrow and dislodged it. I figured thats what happened after I saw it happen a few times.

I got a nice freezer doe with a slick.

I'm using both 100 gr.for the Vixen and the 125 for the Vortex (Grizztricks) ,same arrow in both,Firebolts with 92 gr. brass front inserts and Blazers with wraps....

I use 100 gr Mags with brass inserts on GTII's. Weight is 410, and fly like darts. Love how they work off the Vortex. Shot a coyote on Sunday with one (with a lumenok), and nailed her hard double-lung from 20 yards - she didn't like what hit her and ran about 60 yards before piling up.

Won't be changing my set up any time soon....if I miss, it won't be b/c of my bolts!

Ive used both, but perfer the 125's. I love the accuracy even though they didnt fly exactly like feild tips. I dont know my total weight offhand, but I use brass front inserts as well with both Johns and Crazy Farmers arrows.

I use the 100gr 4-blades. The deer I got this week looked like a slug hit him.

I wont buy another type of broadhead.
They are the best in my opnion.

Im using the 125 Magnums on a factory Firebolt. Got a doe and went clean thru and stuck in the tree behind her... no damage to head at all. Left one hell of a blood trail...

I use regular 125 grain Slicks on factory "arrows" in my crossbow.

I have found Slicks to be well made and finished, acceptably sharp, balanced and cheaper than other alternatives. On pass-throughs, they have performed admirably ... ready for use again. Plenty accurate.

Of course, I found the same thing with Wasps ... and Muzzys ... and ...

Depends on which bow I'm using. Phoenix and Vortex get the 100 gr mags; the 365 fps compound gets 125 gr mags to get arrow weigh up to recommended 430 gr.

100 grain mag slick trick. They have the 1 1/8 inch cutting diameter.
I use them on the Gold tip laser II bolts with brass front insert and 4 degree vane offset.
Deadly accurate with the Exocet 200.
