The big, whiney, baby!!!

Post by lscha »

We have this friend that was going to give up bow hunting this year because of a bum shoulder. He shot my Ibex a few times and was impressed with it. Since he is retired we knew he’d never buy one for himself so we suggested to his family that we all go in on an Ibex for him this season. This friend has done a lot for us and we wanted to do something nice for him.

WELL, last night he got his 3rd deer with it and had the nerve to whine about having to resharpen his SlickTricks and that his one arrow's fletching was ruined. THREE DEER!! I said, “Surely you aren’t expecting sympathy from me, right?” He just laughed.

Nothing feels better than knowing you gave a gift that is so much appreciated. He really is happy. :D :D

Your a good person Ischa. Friends like you are far between.

A Story;
I went hunting with a few fellow bowhunters and when we got done with the morning hunt we gathered around to talk about it. Well, all but one saw anything but he did'nt shoot. The buck was 10 yards away but he did not shoot!
When ask why, he said; Because I just bought these broadheads and did'nt want to dull or lose an arrow. Can you beat that. Lord only knows what he bought them for. To look at no doubt.
Just had to share that one with you. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. :)
