I farm about 1100 acres over 5 different farms. Others hunt the same areas so its hard to see deer become mature. I know it was 15 different hunters in one 300 acre block I hunt yesterday but none of them had any lucky LOL. I saw 8bucks though:) I probably spend to much time picking the perfect spots for stands everyyear. I was going out today since season is over to hang new ladder stands for next year but I think im just gonna stay home and rest. Ill ost pics of the finished mounts. Each one will be different. This guy will be done in a full sneak style which I ho[e shows his width off good enough.

I dunno if anyone remembers but this season started off BADLY for me. I was about to give up and then everything changed. As the saying goes, "you just never know whats over the hill".

LMAO... they are tough deer. I think each has been shot about 5000 times or more and are still standing

I saw one an old pro had done on here;) Ahem... Mike P

I had a program here that allows me to do that. You just make a layer over the picture and back it black and white. Then you simply run the mouse over the area you want colored. Takes a little time but its fun to play with. I did a few 8x10 photos to print that way. Just shows the deer better from the background. Gotta thank Mike P again for the help 8)

va, can you get rid of your avatar? Its taking up the whole screen:-P

I havent scored him yet. He shouldnt score more than 150 since he doesnt have tine lengths to add up. He would probably go 130 B&C since he's really just a big framed 6pt with crab claws. He's just a mainframe brute and thats about it. Something different from all the others :)
