I hope the show goes well for you!
I for one will be avoiding the Toronto show and it's anti gun and anti hunting stance, lots of other places to spend my money.
I hope the vendors can find a more accomidating city in the future.

Good luck at the show. I worked it several times and always enjoyed it. I have to agree with Pyd regarding the firearms but at least the Hunting Hall offers a spring peek at what is new for this year. How wonderful to have a spring Turkey season, otherwise no hunting themes would be present.
I don`t know if I will attend or not but will try to contact you if I`m there.

I thought the show was moving to the International centre, out of Millers Territory. The reason being the province owns the building and they would be allowed to sell firearms.

Last fall I heard that Mayor Miller's stand was that guns could not be displayed/sold at the show. The new venue was going to be the International Centre in Mississauga, the neighbouring city.

The latest Ontario Out of Doors magazine advertised that the show will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (North and South building) BUT I have heard nothing about modifications to the show's displaying of guns. Has anyone heard that there will be no guns there?

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is the venue for the show.

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is owned and operated by the Province of Ontario.

Firearms will be on display at the show this year, since David Miller and Toronto City Council have no say in how the Metro Toronto Convention Centre operates. This has made David Miller extremely aggitated, since he not only lost his own personal war on firearms being displayed within city limits, but he lost revenue for the city at the same time in terms of the rental of the International Trade Centre on the Exhibition Grounds.

If there was any year that we want this show to thrive, it's this year.

So, I challenge all of you who are able to make a 'Screw You Miller' pilgrammage to the show. I will be doing so.
