Found these 30-30 casings in a stump while moose hunting in Newfoundland last year. Could be reeaallly old....

A few Minke Whales have washed up on the shore over on PEI.

This one is heading in for an autopsy to see what the cause of death is.

The baleen is pretty coarse....just like a barbers comb....

Set up a small display booth a few weeks ago at the Wild Blueberry Producers Field Day. Made some contacts witha a few land owners....

Bear hunters can, for the very first time in Nova Scotia's hunting history, utilize their crossbow if they so choose....
Bear season runs from September 13, until December 04, 2010.
No Sundays.

We (NS Crossbow Association) made a certificate to recognize this special season....

Our first recipiant........

I was in PEI in the 70 with Cadets, CFB Summerside.
Red beaches and lobsters Hmm!!!

I have a Canon Rebel XS for most pictures, with a couple telephoto lens kits.
I drag around a compact Kodak Z612 while out hunting. Fits snug in the back pack and has a pretty good zoom....
