Members weekend at Lake Simcoe.

Post by Boo »

Hey everyone. I am inviting everyone and anyone (you American friends are welcome but you knew that) to come and visit my cottage on the last weekend of July (July 31st and Aug 1st). It is on Georgina Island, Lake Simcoe. The water is shallow and will be warm by them but you'll need water shoes because of Zebra Muscles and the stony bottom (it's not muddy). I have a boat and motor that is available for use. It's almost new, I rarely use it but have lots of gas. Husbands and wives are welcome. Depending on how many people you might have to bring a tent. There is a flush toilet and a shower in the cottage. I have 6 Kayaks for use (you can go around the island in a couple of hours). Staying Saturday and or Sunday is good with me!
PM me if you are interested. Should be fun!
The movie clip is from Sumner's visit

Edit, kids are welcome but I think that if kids are in tow then bring a tent.

It's a drive on ferry. You can also walk onto the ferry. Walking is free and a car costs $30.00 round trip.

I'll come for a visit.

Bring your own bows?

Ken.
I'm sure we can accommodate you and your truck/trailer Ken. It would be great to see you there! If you are going to make it please send a PM so I can see how many will be there.
