Then this past Sunday I was off to Oshawa to pick up my new Phoenix crossbow which was graciously donated by Boo. I meet up with Boo and Craig at Gagnon Sports in Oshawa. http://www.gagnonsports.com/
Don greeted me with a few very nice new Boo Custom Strings hats outside the store. And then off inside for the presentation of the new bow.
Once inside the store I meet Craig in the archery department and was given some sweet custom bolts that he made for me as well. Man this is a nice guy and he really knows his stuff about archery and crossbows. Thay have a wide variety of archery supplies at Gagnon Sports. And I highly recommend going and seeing these guys if you are in the area. You might recognize Craig from the forum.
Then after Don was done tricking out the new Phoenix with a custom Boo string.http://boocustomstrings.com/ Which was done in green and black and whiskers. He presented it to me and my boy's. And boy this bow looks hot with that custom string and it is begging me to launch some arrows out of her.
After receiving the bow from Don ( Boo ) and the arrows from Craig. Me and the boy's were all smiles on the drive home. When I got home I took the bow out of the case and laid it on my deck and admired it and took a few more pics.
I would like to say thank you to all those who donated prizes this year. Especially those who I received from like Chris and Don and Craig. These are all very nice people and we are lucky to have such great members here on this site. And once again here is the winning photo. Thanks to all who voted and lets see some more great pictures in the trophy room next year.
