Different Varizone Scopes

Post by ComfyBear »

I've noticed that some Varizone scope have thin crosshairs while other have thicker ones.

Also some of them have a handwritten "R" in the windage turret, while others have a "L".

Since only one option can be chosen, additional comments would be helpful.

For instance, I have two Varizones, one has the "R" while the other has the "L".
Also, both have thicker crosshairs than some other Varizone I've seen, but the one with the "L" has even thicker crosshairs than the one with the "R".

I have been using a 2.5 x 10 x 42mm tacticle mil dot set at 5 power. Gives me 9 aim points in 5 yrd increments. Small dots alow better shot placement, still have my varizone set up on the second emag. Like both scopes really well.

My varizone has the written R and has the thin crosshairs as opposed to the thick crosshairs on my maxzone scope.

My varizone has the written "R", the crosshairs seem a little thin compared to my other scopes, but then, since mine is the only Excalibur scope that I have seen, I really don't have anything to compare it to.

My varizone has an "R" and it looks like the thicker crosshairs.

My Varizone has the written "R" and the crosshairs appear the same as on my Maxzone, which in turn seems finer than the crosshairs on my Dropzone.

One of my vari-zone is weird, It has a "L" with a counter-clock wise rotation. But if I look very carefully it looks like someone has used a fine marker and put "R" over-top of the "L". Has anyone had this?

My varizone scope has an L, with the thicker crosshairs. Except for when they meet in the middle, then they become thin. Nothing written overtop mine.

Do you guys actually think I have a collectors item??

My scope has the L, overwritten with a hand scribed R over top. The cross hairs are thin in the middle.
