Crossbow hunting license in Quebec

Hello gents, my father has purchased a crossbow about a year ago but mentioned he needs to get a "crossbow hunting permit" in able to hunt with it, the problem is he has no idea where to get one. He has his regular hunting permit.

Can someone please direct me to a place in quebec (preferably mtl) where he can take the course?

But I can see the course is only in french if you need to take it in english you will need to call them and ask when is there going to be a coursr in english
