hello everyone ,,i have been gone for a long time but i am back, i want to thank everyone for their prayers for my granson branden. branden had a very bad motorcycle wreck june 2nd 08 he spent 30 days in icu here in topeks broken neck,, smashed spinal cord punctured lungs he was transfered to madonnas in lincoln neb. he was there for 2 months then to quality living in omaha , there for 7 months then home branden is paralized from his sholders down he can move his arms but not his hands, branden lives with his dad & step mother,he has a great attitude about life he is full of life but cant move , he has finished his high school & got his diploma & is thinking about going to college & becoming a councler if experince is the best teacher he is a pro.the last 2 years have been tough brandons granmother my wife has parkenson disease now , but we are doing ok , we are praying for a cure ,,,,,thank all of you for being so kind,,,,,,,,hatchet jack

Stories like Brandon's remind me of how fortunate I am.
I wrecked a motorcycle in the 80s and crushed a vertebra in my spine. Came out of it without any permanent disabilities.
