Predator Trail Cam Pictures

Post by Adam »

I shoot anywheres from 30-80 groundhogs a season and when I throw them in the bush they dissapear fairly quickly. I decided to set my camera up on some carcasses and this is what I got. I dont know how the coyotes managed to get the pile from out under my camera without it going off but they did. I got a few more night time photos but all you can see is sets of eyes in the bush.

I try to hit these guys as hard as I can to help out the fawn and turkey population. I am just patiently waiting for the hay to be cut and I will be back out with my caller.

I think this trail camera is great. My girlfriend had bought it for my birthday so I got it early and used it all through the bow season last year. Cant go wrong with the $100 (Can) price tag. Im sure you guys down south pay alot less. I am seeing the Bushnells being made smaller and smaller, Bass Pro had some that could fit in the palm of your hand.

I also own the Bushnell Trail Sentry w/ the infared mode. I have not used this unit yet but expect good things.

I have thought about eating them but never got around to it. My buddy tried and said they were very similar to pork. I dont mind feeding them to the local scavenger population. One farmer got on me today about shooting more in his fields. He said he lost thousands of dollars in beans last year due to them.

I am using the bushnell trail sentry w/ flash. It can be bought at crappy tire for 100 bucks. I highly reccomend it, and if it gets stolen you wont cry as much as if it were a 200-250$ unit.
