Excalibur's contact page not working?

I've sent a couple of messages to Excalibur on their contact page, no response? I've also sent emails and PM's to "The Marketing Dude" and Bill, no response either. How can I get in touch with someone for a technical question?

OK, I'm just back from a PAC Elephant hunt in Zimbabwe. I successfully took a bull elephant with a PSE X-Force Oman, #80 @ 30" draw. Shooting a 1000g arrow this bow makes 116 ft/lbs of energy. I centered a rib (4" wide and 1" thick) and was still able to get 18" of penetration into the lungs. I'm wanting to go back again next year and hunt with my Y25. I've made up a 1080 grain arrow and I'm getting 211 fps for 105 ft/lbs of energy. The easy solution is to buy a Exomax, but I already own 2 other Excalibur's (Vixen and a Exocet) and don't really need another. The Y25 is my favorite and I'd like to use it.

So the question is, can my Y25 be bumped up to 225#'s? I assume it's only a mater of changing the deck? And will Excalibur sell me just the parts needed to do so?
