I have been smoke free for 28 dayes now It was tuff at first But it seems to get easyer every day? what a battle.

Thats GREAT! my Mom bless her soul smoked all her life and it got her.. I wish she would have stopped back when I was a kid begging her to roll the windows down in the car..Keep it up buddy..

I quite 15 years ago using a incentive plan their was a rifle that i wanted for a long time that I did not really need so as a incentive I would put the money for a pack of cigs a day aside every week out of my pay and if I was still quite after a year I was going to get it and i did. still do not smoke and still have my rifle.
You should figure out what it is you want besides cancer and get it on the incentive plan.

I didn't quit, but I did cut down to just having one after sex.
Down to 2 packs a day now!
