You need to let the 2 Bucks live couple more yrs. That 3rd pic is a shooter anywhere you go !
Re: Finally something wanders by the cam..
Beautifull looking deer, very nice. Pulled some pics off my trail cams today have the same problem, lots of coyote pics.
Re: Finally something wanders by the cam..
Nice pics and I hope you get that deer stealer in the fall or sooner.
People ask me all the time if I will eat my egglayers also. But I will not eat them either. I became to attached to the little buggers.bugs wrote:I have to agree with the wife on that one. Anything on my 2.5 acres is off limits. Bunnies in woods are okay but bunnies in yard are pet bunnies. I have been told I would not make a good farmer. I had pet egg layers than could never end up in a pot because they had names.

no, I get the normal blank, then a nose, then the face shot with the cam. Same results everyone was posting on the other forums with it. Great little camera, but its sensor range needs to narrow up some so help with that. I set mine on low today to help with that so ill see how it goes. Im not sure if the newer one has the test sensor thing, but you can can actaully set it and see the light blink red before you are even close to getting in front of it Most cams are slow and miss the deer, but from my results with the trophy cam its to sensitive. Thats from the 2 I have to test. BTW, your 5 total posts have all basically been directed towards the Moultrie trail cam drama here. But welcome LOL
planter, I actaully use tootsie rolls;) hahahahha... I havent seen much this year to get excited over on camera. Ive seen a few scouting the fields, but nothing to back up with photos yet. Deer just arent moving much. If you nail a trail they are using then its gold though, but they arent venturing far in this drought and heat here
