Hi Everyone,
New to the forum today and have a question.I have an opportunity later today to buy a used Exomag, but the owner has no idea of it's age or draw weight.I spoke with Excalibur and they told me the weight depended on which tips it has on it.When I go to look at it,how do I tell the difference and is $400 a fair price for the box, quiver and bolts ?
Difference between Carved or Mag tips ??

Is your $ $ CAn. or US.?
Either way I think it is a fair price.
While you wait for the EXPERTS , you can do a search for "carved or mag tips".
There is a members handle called carvedtip so seperate your search as above.

Carved tip limbs look like the ends on a recurve Bow
Re: Difference between Carved or Mag tips ??
The upper one is a Magtip
Some people just like stepping on rakes

Carved tip is exactly that the channel for the string is carved into the limb.
Mag tip has a knob attached to the end of the limb with the groove molded into it for the string.
Price seems fair.
Instead of bolts ask him for some arrows instead
Sorry couldn't resist
