Yup ordered 8 last year. Worked flawlessly. Used bolt cutter heads and aluminum front inserts. Good FOC and deadly accurate. Took two deer with them last year.

They work like a charm and are just "fun" to use.

It's very nice to look down out of your tree stand, after harpooning a deer and see your arrow GLOWING back at you.

It's a pleasure knowing I won't have to *search* for my arrow.

When properly installed, they can be turned off easily using your fingers.
I followed the instructions and still have to use pliers to to loosen them out to turn them off. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I had to drill the nock end out a little bigger and they turn off by hand.

From what I have read with a 100 grain tip they will weigh 419 grains where a firebolt will weigh 364 grains I believe. I'm not sure how much of an effect that will have on speed. Anyone know how big a difference 55 grains would make?

I doubt 55 grains will make a bit of difference to the deer.

From all the info. that I have gathered from this forum it seems that for every extra 5 gr you lose 1 FPS so for 55 gr it would be app 11 fps.
