I'm home and doing well

Post by raydaughety »

That was rough ya'll but I'm home and doing pretty good. I'm sore from where the screw came through and where they replaced it but I'm not in as much pain as I thought that I would be. Of course the meds are helping but I plan to be off of them by this weekend. I'm going to therapy in the morning and even walked to the toilet with just my cane today.

I can only imagine the horror that Tyler felt when he saw the blood in the water at the YMCA. It looked much worse than what it was. I read his post and the part about shocking must have scared some of you to death but like most families, we watch too much tv. They were putting leads on my chest to watch my heart which is normal in any trauma situation.

My chest is swollen with pride as I read what Tyler has said and kept ya'll in the loop. I thnak you all for your prayers and I have to get better cause the season will be here in a month. I've said it on here a million times and I'll say it again, I'm a blessed man to have such a great family, especially Tyler. I'm going to answer some messages and will be in touch. God Bless you all.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

Ray, you need to sit down and explain the benifits of LocTite to your doctor. :D

Ray,
Glad to hear you're on the mend!
You've got a real gem of a son. We all appreciate his keeping us informed, and I'm sure everyone will continue to think of you, and pray for a recovery that allows you to get back to full mobility soon.

Now get well, and get out there with Tyler and shoot a few deer!
