No personal experience with Wyvern,
but Excalibur is definitely the right choice!

I have dealt with Wyvern . . .good place to do business. David will treat you right.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.

My advice is to shop around . The bow is the same no matter where you buy it , it will be the price or the service that will seperate it from the rest .
I have not heard of many having a bad experience from Danny Miller . :)

Welcome to the forum!

I've dealt a number of times with Danny Miller and have been very pleased with my transactions start to finish. I actually got my Exocet 200 last year off Ebay, new, at a ridiculously low price.

Good luck...

I purchased a topside quiver mount and a set of STS string bumpers from Wyvern. He's a class act all the way and i wouldn't hesitate to buy a set-up from him other than one thing. If you have a local full service pro-shop near by your home, you may want to consider getting it there. Even if its a small outfit and you have to pay a little more, remember, you're going to go to this place when you need service and "stuff". From experience, you will get much better service in the long run if the guy working on your equipment remembers when you dropped a paycheck in his shop. But at least you're getting an Excal, wherever you buy, and thats a good thing.
