I would have to make more room in the freezer. :D
I would be impressed, maybe even a bit scared if they were climbers.

I was climbing up my ladder stand last year early one morning in the dark when all of a sudden the tree seemed to come alive as 1/2 dozen turkey's took flight from the roost.
It scared the @#$% out of me!

Just another good reason to have a top of the line flash light. :D

I'd get to break in my Equinox!!!!!!

And I'd have to call the authorities because there aren't supposed to be bears this far south!

Lol, welcome to my world! They used to climb my stands and eat the cushions 'til I wised up. I've lost turkey decoys and cameras to them.

I'm a poor loser, I carry a .357 on the infamous 4 whlr. If it rolls over on that, at least I can shoot it [and will] like a 3 legged horse!

That's a dandy pic, thanks!

Taxman,

We have had the MNR confirm there is a least one adult bear in my hunting area just outside of Woodstock

Ohh.....I know! But the MNR also says that the bear populations aren't changing at all, so we all must be wrong and there couldn't possibly be bears this far south, eh? My post was supposed to be tongue in cheek.

One a couple of years ago in New Dundee and another one this spring in south Cambridge apparently!

I think I saw the tail end of one just north of the 401 while turkey hunting remember thinking that's awful dark and big to be a raccoon.
Really don't like the idea of meeting one with a cased and unloaded crossbow this deer season.
I think I will get my self a big knife

Land owners in the area south of the 401 by Ayr have apparently seen bears. I can't say that I've seen any sign in the bush though.
If the thrill of the hunt is lost, then I have lost.
