Groundpounder Mounts - end of an era

Post by groundpounder »

It is with GREAT debate that I am deciding to stop making the "Groundpounder Mount"! I have been making the mounts now for nearly 4 years and have atleast 400 of them in use by you all. And the majority of all of my sales have been through this forum. It has definitely been my best project I had ever come up with and taken on. But for now I'm looking to get less busy with it to allow myself to do other things. I do still have a small number left to sell but I am not planning on making any more after these are gone(for now :? ). Thanks everybody! I do love seeing them in your photos in the trophy room!

Im sorry to hear your stopping production, but all good things must come to an end I suppose...

I have managed to gather three over the years, I have one of the first then 2 more that you made up extra light for the wife and I. Nice to know they just got a little more valuable!
In all seriousness Todd, you brought a new product to us that was yours and yours alone, you handled yourself like a gentleman when it was copied for profit and now it has come to an end.
I am happy I have the ones I do now!
Thanks for all you have done, I hope your 2010 season is prosperous!

You had a great idea and turned it into a quality product. It really turned my Exocet into a better Hunting weapon. Best of luck to you, and thanks again.

Sorry to see the end of the GP mount. I am on the second bow with mine. The bow may go but the mount will stay. Thanks for bringing into the world a GREAT product Todd.

I'm sure that was a tough decision. You do some awesome work with the metal. Whatever you have decided to pursue, I'm certain it will be a success.

Agreed - best top-of-bow mount out there. Simple, no cheesy lettering, and solid. I own two and it is one of the best add-ons for the Excal out there.

Thanks Todd.
