footed shaft, no it doesn't come with a quiver, just the adapter then you attach any quiver you want. I am using an Excal quiver with mine.

I have some time on my hands. So once I have my items that I need I am going to make one of them Sidewinder Quiver Adapters. I think I will stay away from making the model, my might get a little mean,
