Forum meet & greet- Sat. Feb 5th? (date change?)

Post by VixChix »

Hey folks! Now that deer season is over, is there interest in a meeting up with other forum members here in Ontario?

How about Saturday evening, Feb 5th after the Breast Cancer Shoot at the Bow Shop? http://www.bow-shop.com/breastcancershoot2010.html

Kelseys on Hwy 8, just off the 401 at Sportworld Drive (near Costco - Kitchener/Cambridge)? Would be convenient for those coming off the 401 from either direction.

Any interest?

Might be able to. The wife's away and I'm at home with the boys. I'll have to get back to you.

Feb 4th would be a good evening Saturday night after the cancer shoot at the Bow Shop. Go see Derick and maybe get some hunting in with Piper, Munch has a nice string jig (if I have money left after the Bow Shop) hmmmm might make a good weekend.

If a few of you are in town for the Cancer shoot at the Bow Shop anyway, then lets make that a date. Saturday would be Feb 5th - Would that work better?

Doesn't look like xbows are in the shoot? What's up with that Moni? I'd love to take part but haven't had enough practice with recurve to try.

I think you can shoot with xbows - I know some did last year (I didn't go though).

Would you and TPM be going. Team Dri-fire would be amazing at that shoot. Wouldn't have to walk as far

It would be great to meet some of the members from the forum.
Not sure about doing the shoot but I'm sure I could kill some time at the Bow Shop.

I won't be able to say for sure until the day gets closer.
If there is anyone in the Essex county area going (like if Norm calls in sick!! ) perhaps car pooling might be an option??
