Report on Excalibur Anti-dry-fire

Post by Old Jim »

Recieved my Anti-dry-fire less than a week after I ordered it. The French did them selves proud, so I can't say Frogs. Works flawlessly, just like a Tenpoint. Finish is perfect. All fasteners and allen wrenches included.Just remove the Excalibur scope mount and replace with this ,after moving the arrow hold down. Even has a feature that Tenpoint doesn't have. You can move forward a thumb lever and lock out the anti-dry-fire feature, One of the best add-ons that I've ever bought. Will be ordering 3 more soon ,for all my Excaliburs. Like my Car insurance: I don't expect to have an accident, but if I do. I'm covered.

75 dollars. This includes postage. Comes packaged well. Bubble wrap in a strong box.

Sounds pretty nice.
Good to hear that you are pleased with it.

guess i wont be buying anymore of these anytime soon. i paid 75$ now there over 90$. the scope base they use looks the same as my excalibur scope bases. i see a couple screws, pins and a spring wire with a main lever and latch.probably could make my own. still a neat idea.
