I can't wait. This will be my first year actually putting in some time to go after them. I was out earlier today walking a field behind the house looking for sheds and maybe some turkey signs. I walked close to a mile round trip and low and behold I get within 75yds of my house and come up on three. Tom's head was blood red with a really nice beard while the other two in front looked like they were maybe jake's but not sure because they were in front about 50yds walking away just feeding in the woods. I don't know to much about them but trying to read through these threads and learn. They never did bust me.

Benelli Super Black Eagle II on some remote property and then the Vortex in my backyard.

Here are a couple of pictures of a group of ten that come into my backyard just about everyday. These two pics show two toms and three hens, the other five are just out of range of the camera. Happy hunting everyone. :D :D Andy

Okay, who else is jealous? :)

I'll be using the trusty SPR / Baikal until I get the first one. Then maybe the Excal.
