Brass 110, alum 25, I've cut the brass down to 60grs, wouldn't go any more because you run out of threads, hope this helps

I was playing with FOC, and I played alot , imho anything over 15% is over-kill.

Cutting the brass is a very easy way to play with your Arrow weight and FOC.
Just remember to round over the cut edge of insert.
And The rear aluminum inserts are 22 gr. For most, Gold Tips for sure.
Front aluminum's for Gold Tips are 32 gr.

John caught me  the inserts that I use are 25grs made for the 21series alum shafts, they fit gold-tip also.

Were do you find the brass ends? I have checked several bow shops and no one knows what I'm talking about, they always think I'm talking about something else.... I would just like to get 6-8 and try them. Going to 125 gr heads this year also to see what that will do.

Brass inserts are available from several places on line (including GT) the come in several sizes/weights including 90 and 110 gr. But, you need to know the (inside) diameter of your arrow, purchase accordingly,to have them fit.
