Re: server
So, what are you trying to say? There is a lack of info here. If your looking for help from the members then post some pictures. If your looking for help from Excalibur then contact them directly, but simply stating your unhappy helps no one at all!

Hi
If you are not happy I'm the one to complain to, not the whole world!
On a vortex you should be getting 300 plus shots on a fff string easily, probably lots more than that if the bow is broken in. Possibilities that can cause premature failure of your serving, assuming that it actually wore through the serving instead of having the serving simply become loose and unravel, are a sharp spot on the deck somewhere, likely either at the very end at the junction of the riser and deck or at the point where the lock unit slips into the deck. Also it could be that the catch has a rough spot on the back and needs polishing.
Another one I see often is the use of arrows where the back insert is sharp because of damage from another arrow hitting it. Check your bow out and if you find a rough spot you can polish it or if your arrows are damaged replace the bad inserts. We will gladly do this for you but you'll have to ship your stock/trigger unit to us so that we can do it so it's a lot better if you can handle it. As to your string, you can return it to us if you want with a note and return address and we can replace it if you are unhappy.
Now, for all of our users at the forum, PLEASE remember that this is not the warranty department, our warranty department is at 1 800 463 1817. If you have a problem you'll do us both a service if you contact us before you post your dissatisfaction here............Bill
