Bitzenburger crossbow set

Post by mchurch »

I just purchased a bitzenburger crossbow set. It has a straight clamp and the crossbow arrow nock reciever. I can't get the firebolts to slide in. The Goldtips slide in just fine. Has anyone else had this problem?

The crossbow version has a receiver for crossbow nocks. The firebolts look like they have to large a diameter to fit in.

I did not like the blitz, crossbow holder it came apart after just a few sets of arrows. Shaft likes to turn in the tool as well.

I use the E Z Fletcher on most of my crossbow arrows.

Yes it is a really tight fit for most crossbow shafts. Easton Powerbolts and firebolts are super tough to get in the receiver.

I will give Bitzenburger a call on Monday. If the Powerbolts, firebolts won't fit in the crossbow nock receiver then I would guess that the tenpoint pro-elite arrows won't either. This set was advertised as a crossbow set with crossbow arrow nock receiver. Something is not right here. I want my money's worth.

I dont understand why they make the nock receiver so deep and then notch out the first part of the clamp so you have a hell of a time putting your fleching 1" from the nock. Needs improvement for sure. :(
