An Offer ---- Order a new Custom hunting knife!

This forum has been pretty darn good to me. I’ve sold a few knives , had a tremendous amount of fun doing my giveaways (more to come at some point) and made some fine friends. I received lots of support when I was being slammed and getting hate mail. I tried to repay the kindness with some super deals on a few of my knives. I know times are tough and a lot of people just can’t afford to spend the money for a custom knife.
I’d like to make an offer that I’ve never done before. There may be some people who might want a new hunting knife or would like to give a custom knife to someone as an accessory to a new crossbow, Christmas gift or other special occasion. So I will take orders from you people here for a custom made knife. You tell me how much you want and can afford to spend, if you want Damascus or carbon steel, an idea of what shaped blade, how fancy the handle scales you want. Please do this by PM, I’ll respond as to what I can do for the amount you specified.
It will be first come first served and I will need at least 4-6weeks lead time. If we reach an agreement, I would require 50% down payment. It’s not that I don’t trust most everyone but I can’t afford to put out a lot of money for materials and then not get at leat partial payment for the materials. I have some limitations on the style of knives I make. I don’t do gut hooks or futuristic looking stuff. I make user friendly and practical knives.

Great Idea I will start looking for a picture of the knife I would like and send it to you for an estimate.

I need to say that I do not work to specific designs. I make knives of the design that I "feel" is good. If I had to follow somebodies pattern or picture , it is impossible for me.
Please keep that in mind if you want me to make something for you I just need to know some general parameters and then let me use my own creative thinking.
One other point, I do not make any knife the same as an other one. Notwo mives are the same and never will be. I work free hand and will not get into making identical knives,

I need to let my limited artist juices flow or I do not want to do it.
