help with pictures

I'm stuck. I want to post a picture but am blessed if I can figure it out (obviously not overly blessed with the techie smarts). I have created a photobucket account and uploaded the pictures from my computer to that account. Now I hit a wall. Somebody want to take me by the hand and spoon feed me this stuff, please ?

when you view you pic in photo bucket look under it there will be afew boxes//left click the one that says image code..it will say coppied ..then paste to your post,,hope this helps

There are 4 urls that pop up when you scroll over photobucket pic, it's on the bottom of the 4. It will briefly say 'copied' when you find the trick.
