ground hog radish grows deeper and brings nutrients to the top from down deep in the soil,helping what ever you plant next to grow......

It is used as a cover crop . Wish I could help find the seed.

Sounds a very cool crop that will provide forage and improve the soil quality all at once. I was going to put some wheat down for forage after the beans come off but I might give that a try instead.
