Near the End :(

Post by DaGriz »

Well people, it's been a lot of fun for me making, selling and giving away my knives, They say all good things must come to an end and it's almost time.
Here's the second to the last one. I took my secret stash of feather Damascus and shaped two blades, this one and one other.
I finished this one up this morning. The last one will take me a lot of time as I want to enjoy it and it will be a special one to hang on my wall of shame.

This one is my interpetation of a modified trailing point from feather Damascus with quarter sawn palm wood from Hawaii.

Once again I apologize for the lousy pictures!

Can't wait to see the next one. :)

Dagriz, every time I see your name on a post I just have to look, and each time I am in awe of your talent. You are a very talented knifemaker. This one however in my opinion is the bees knees. The shape of the blade and overall shape of the knife with the design of the steel and pattern of the wood make it a beautiful piece of art. An heirloom to be passed down from father to son for generations

You have out done yourself.

Darrel,
Just amazing. It is something to have the ability to be able to do something of beauty with your own hands. A talent that many of us wish we had. Thanks for showing us your beautiful work.
Thanks,
