question about sighting in my crossbow?

I was wondering if i sight my crossbow in will it only be sighted in for me or will it be sighted in for my brother, cousin or whoever shoots it? i would like to get my lil brother his first deer this year but im worried that i will have to sight in my crossbow just for him.
