I don't know why but Oct. 7Th has been a good day in the
woods for me! Other than both openers archery
and gun, this is a day I'm hunting! Any day in the woods is
a good day! Is there a day that stands out as an
exceptional day for you?

oct 15...that begins my 9 day hunt from daylight to past dark.. every day
then nov 15 when general gun opens....
the day after thanksgivin has always been our dedicated handgun hunt...
and we have dun gud in tha past so far.
i guess oct 15 is my favorite, or...

Every day I wake up on this side of green On hunting, thanksgiving day, the rut is still going on here and I've taken a decent buck once in a while on this day

My daughters birthday, November 1st, seems to produce for me. I will always be out for a morning hunt at the least.
My brothers swear by Halloween evening hunt and won't miss that date.

1st week of Oct. & the 1st day I hunt after halloween, is when I've shot the most bucks with a bow.
