String swap

Post by ScottytheLoner »

Was shooting my Vortex in my garage when I noticed the serving separated. Oh my....what do I do??????? :( I run upstairs grab a fresh string throw it on in about a minute, and keep on shooting! :) That's what I do! I love Excalibur! Best crossbows on the planet!

I love my Excalibur Equinox also. I miss my Excalibur Phoenix. Whenever I can get back to my job I will no doubt own another Phoenix as well at a later date.
Thanks,
Raymond

Love my Excals, routinely change strings to re serve in under two minutes.
Heather (my Phoenix) is on temporary duty assignment to a friend recuperating from a fall involving deer stand last Labor Day. Nearly a year down time has him unable to pull a vert, barely pulls the 'Firebird' for that matter. Sure do miss that bow, shot it every day off the back deck, but he needs it more than I do. :?
Vortex, Phoenix, single-shot rifles and handguns.
Incurable tinkerer.
Why hunt? Simple, it's BASIC. Why breath?!
