Oops !

Finally getting around to restringing my phoenix and realize i didn't take my dissipator pads off after i unstrung last hunting season ! I notice hair line cracks right where the pad sticks to the flat metal. How big of a concern is this if i choose to use them untill i can get some new ones ? (plan on ordering some tonight, but will take a few days to get them in )

After closer inspection with a flashlight it seems like what i see is the seam where the pad glues to the plate.

I did the same thing in 03 with no worries. The pads are easy to replace though and never hurts to have an extra set around.

They will not be as effective if they are crushed flat but it will not harm your bow to shoot it this way.
