Not a Good Opening Day for this guy!!!

Post by Trx480Ryan »

Got an email from my mom, and had to share! talk about bad luck on opening day!
Yesterday morning was opening day of bow and arrow season for deer. As I approached my deer stand, I decided to go home and mow the grass instead.

Was the season open for bear also? She could have mowed that bears hide. . Wow that would be a shock getting to the stand and seeing that, . Sorry for her ruined day.

I wish I could of gotten my mom to mow the grass.

I would have been getting in the stand before I realized there was an intruder. So, that's what flashlights are best suited to do.

Did the Bear have a crossbow ? If so was it an Excalibur and did he use a Human Bomb?

I think I would have had to gone home, grabbed a shotgun with some #4 buckshot (with the last shot in the gun being a slug), and taught the trespasser just what I thought about someone hunting out of my stand. Image

What is the weight limit on that stand. It doesn't seem like it exceded it. Is that how you tell how much a bear weighs. The next time I go to my stand in the dark I am sure going to hit my stand with a flash light before I get to close. I could just picture me climbing up the stand saying hi to the bear and falling down. It looks like there was not enough room for someone else. I think it was looking for the next berry patch. I hope it doesn't do its thing up there.

I have seen that before someone said it was a Photoshop creation but looks pretty good or pretty bad depending.
