You have to load a picture from somewhere like Photo Bucket. Cut and paste the "direct link" and has to be down-sized to a max 976.56 KB

The photo might also distort - there is an area where you determine the height and width. You might have to play with the settings to keep it from looking to stretched either tall or wide.
