First Deer

Post by coors »

I bought a excalibur Equinox in the spring and decided this was the best way to go to extend my hunting season. On Sunday morning I went to my stand about 6:30 am and got set up , it was a great morning.I herd something making noise about 7:00 behind me, I slowly turned and it was a buck.I watched him for a while until it was light enough to take a shoot. The equinox came threw for me as the deer was laying dead on the ground about 20 feet from were i shoot.I was so excited as I went over to the deer ,it was a ten pointer. This is my first deer that I shoot with a crossbow, I am hooked on this type of hunting now . I will post some pictures when I can figure out how to do it.
