My scope devloped little tiny black dots all over it. I called them up and told them that is was well used and what the problem was they said "package it up and send it in, the only downfall was they they dont make the lumizone anymore, they said they would upgrade me with a shadowzone, i enquired how much for the up grade they said "FREE" well i sent it in and they sent me a new one.... got to love Canadians number one company in my oppinion

I sent an email to the company last night. Peter was very quick to reply.(thanks dude!) They are very good to their customers, too good almost! Is it any wonder that for the most part, Excal owners are "lifers".

Can't agree more. Just sent my Lumizone into Danny Miller last week and waiting for the new Shadowzone to arrive in the mail. That's top notch in my book!
