That's the plus to buying an Excalibur. They withstand the test of time.

I fully expect my bows to outlast me. I intend to pass them down to my kids when the time comes. Hopefully not for another 40 years at least.

That's awesome for sure! Simply perfect as the saying goes.

It's great that we can do that kind of stuff to our bows ourselves without having to take it to a shop to be done. :)

First off congrats on the new bow. Excaliburs will last forever as shown.

But 302 fps seems a little unbelievably fast out of a wolverine, even with 350 grain arrows.

I'm not saying it didn't happen or Debating weather it is possible but just seems like something aint right.
I could in fact be totally wrong here and dont take this the wrong way.

I just wouldn't want to hear of anything happening to yourself or such a classic bow.

Congrats again on a fine purchase.

Its like pulling teeth getting a strait answer. My wolverine was alot faster than my old 2008 vixen. You could accually see the differance between the two. Everyone told me it is impossible because they are both 150lbs bows. Nothing will ever convince me they were the same. My wolverine was more like a 165lbs.

FOR ALL YOPU EXCALIBUR HOLIXS HERE IS ONE WAY TO SAVE A LITTLE MONEY WHEN CONVERTING YOUR OLD WOLVERINE. YOU CAN CONTACT PETER BALFOUR AT EXCALIBUR IN KITCHENER. BUY NEW MAG TIP LIMBS THAT HAVE A BLEMISH IN THE CAMOFLAGE DIPPING PROCESS FOR HALF THE PRICE OF NEW ONES. THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME WARRANTY . DERF
