Just joined so I can get in on the fun.

As a kid, I built my own bow and played with it shooting carp in the local drainage ditch. Then lost interest for a long time.

Then started back up in 83 and shot my first deer [a doe] that season. That was with a verticle bow. Then with all the gizmos on verticle bows I switched to horizontal archery for something simpler. Excalibur was my choice and will continue for the foreseeable future.

Bought my first excal in 97, an exocet. Then in 07 moved up to the exomag [200 lb limbs]. I will likely stay with this poundage but will be looking to add a vortex in the future.

Although there are a few copy-cats out there, still nothing to compare to the original.
