Post by shaftthrower »

Well I did it this morn. sighting in my wifes Vixen. Took a walk to find arrow and string ( thought I didn't have arrow seated) couldn't find arrow because it was still setting on table "never loaded it". string was about 10-12 feet to the left. Restrung, checked everything out, A OK put arrow in shot spot on.

DF has a double meaning, neither of which are positive and both fit the occasion . . .welcome to the club. :)

Lol, I had a FFF that disappeared after a DF for a few days. I quit looking for it. Whacked a screech owl w/ truck on my way to pool tourny, took apparently only dazed owl home to recuperate, lost owl, then found it perched on grey shelf, FFF was right behind it coiled up the size of a snuff can like the pit viper it was.

As the club's self proclaimed record holder  , Welcome brother! Now that wasn't so hard was it?
Happy holidays,
Hank
Not so fast bucko, are you prepared to compare stats?

Be warned I carved a notch in the stock of my Emax for every one.

Enough! I have a neighbor gal that prints stuff on 'T' shirts, if there's enough interest, I'll get prices on Excal Dry Fire club shirts??????????

I'll start a new thread on them........

Well, I have a friend that has you all beat. He dry-fires a few of times a year and not only that but he gets blisters on the end of his thumb once or twice a year!
Not going to tell you his name but I will tell you that I will be picking him up and taking him to a hog hunt in Feb.

        . I dry fired one day with a brand new string, blew the string off and ruined it. Replaced it with another brand new string and did the same thing no more than 5 minutes apart. Now that is us the DB, at least my mind wasn't working right I can use that as an excuse, , :x , , :? , :( , , . Now I have learned if the think tank isn't working right leave the crossbow hanging on the wall, 8) ,  .
