Axiom Brace Height to S5 Pads

My new Axiom has a brace height of 1 1/4" measured from the rail end. This was from the factory with stock string. Has only been shot about 25 times.
I just installed the S5 system, but have not shot it yet. The bumpers set 1/4" away from the string.
Is this good to go? The string does not have a lot of twists in it, probably couldn't let it down much if needed.

Keep shooting from there the string should settle in.I leave my brace height at 1/16 off the bumpers with a flemish string.
