After a few weeks pt.
Incision site healed.
Range of motion at 45%
Strenght lets just say getting there ( I can lift my coffee cup now)
So spring is looking good

There's a saying we used to use in horse training: the slower you go, the sooner you get there. Sorta like "haste makes waste" Go slow, heal properly, do the physio. Glad to hear you're doing well!

Strength you build later, right now it's range of motion you need to work on.
Like it's been already said be slow and careful.
With the cold of winter now upon us take special care venturing outside.
When you go out be sure to keep it warm and if too slippery, then better to stay home. Just sayin.

I know what you are going through, I have had 4 hip replacements. Be sure to do what they tell you to exactly. I didn't do that with the first one and was 3 times as long recovering than I was with the other 3. Good luck and you should be in pretty good shape by Spring.

Sounds like the surgery went well, hang in there it takes time. I've had 2 officers that had shoulder surgeries and it took several months to get them back up to full speed.

Sounds like it's going around. I get my shoulder repaired on the 4th. of Jan. I keep telling the kids they have to shovel all the snow this year.
