That thing has got some percussion to it too! Watch as the last guy shoots, just as the gun goes off you can see some padding or a piece of paper or something on one of the other benches go flying.

I don't have a Lead Sled, but think I may have to invest in one if I was going to try to shoot that beast very much.

I use a 44 caliber 300 grain bullet in my muzzle loader for deer hunting and have referred to it as my bang / flop rifle . The gun goes bang and the deer goes flop . This rifle is this on steroids . It is the bang / flop Elephant rifle . Bang flop Mastadon / T -Rex ( or what ever else it hits ) rifle .

I am not recoil sensitive but this rifle may cause me to flinch after a couple shots

Yeah, me either. I've shot some big rifles, and 12 gauge 3 1/2" turkey load isn't anything to sneeze at either, and have never really felt the need to get a lead sled or anything like that to dampen the recoil. With that beast though, I think I might have to wuss out and get a lead sled.

Whats good about that gun is if the deers vitals are behind a tree you just shoot right thru the tree,no problem.

That's so true and if shot placement is just right you won't have to gut it after either!!

Ya, it looks way to teeny for that big ole gun. Should definately have some big ole honkin' scope on there. :)

I think the only thing that would look "right" on that gun would be a spotting scope. And then, I don't think they're designed to take the recoil.

If you'll notice though, that's a Leupold scope on it. That says something as to the punishment a Leupold can take.
