Mac Daddy stoppers for STS

I'm going to beat the dead horse again from my previous post on the STS suppressor and find out how many of you are using your old type stoppers v/s the new Mac Daddy stoppers? The reason i ask is there is a big difference in size. To match my original size stoppers in length, if my calculations are correct, i would have to cut 3/8th inch off the new replacements over priced stoppers i got now to get my brace height where it should be. Like alot of you i cut the 1/8th or 1/4" off , cannot remember , to get the right brace height. PS spent as much to get replacements with a few more dollars i could have got a whole new system, huh say S5.
