Dude that is nasty, and scares me since I have yet to even shoot my bow , and I must thank you for the scare because hopefully it will remind me not to do the same.
I always give props to people who post their errors, by posting it you probably saved someone else from the same bloody mess. Your pic's are a GREAT reminder to all of us...THANKS!! and I hope it heals quickly.

I joined this club way back when jsut after I bought my Brand new exocet 165 model , the Extra 35 # draw wieght and FF string do way more damage . It was tender for a couple days but no blood or parts missing . have not did it since .
The fellow that bought my 200# Exomag was not so lucky , gave him all the do's and don'ts --- he let his dad shoot it and --- he had a number of surgeries and has had trouble with his thumb since.
Hope it heals well .
