Dissipater pads
Where can I get a new set of dissipator pads for my new Equinox? I bought this bow new and after 6-7 shots I noticed the dissipato pad on the one side had came off the bar.

Wow, sent Excalibur a e-mail at around 3:00 and within a few hours I had a response saying that a replacement would be sent.
I can't remember when I last had customer service like this.

It's rare that there's any kind of issue with any of their products, but when there is, they stand behind them 110%. 
There's not many companies now days that go above and beyond like the Canuks at Excalibur do.
