The 2213's weigh about what the fire bolts do ,but they get damaged easy. If you put 100 grain points on the 2216's they should hit pretty close to the firebolts with 150's on , and take a little more abuse.

Sounds good. Get a dozen of each size and report back when you run out of arrows on how they worked for you.

How well are those holding up for you? Do hunt and target shoot with them?

they been holding up well I target shoot mostly with them and hunt also because there so accurate with blazers and brass inserts and 100 or 125 gr broadheads.

Thanks.
I normally shoot 2117 but I'd like to try a lightweight XX75 but wasn't sure about the durability of the 2114 because of the thin wall thickness.

I might have to try some and see how they do.

How accurate are they without the brass inserts?

very accurate with fieldpoints but not near as accurate as the ones with brass inserts with fixed blade broadheads

One thing I've found out over the years is that it's impossible to make a "blanket statement" (one size fits all) about accuracy when to comes to arrows/broadheads fo a crossbow.
An arrow may shoot fine from my Phoenix, and not so good from your Exocet.
Just too many variables to take into account from all the possibilities of bow, string, fletching, arrow points, etc.

That being said, I do prefer aluminums, and I, personally, shoot 18.5" 2215s fletched with 2" Blazers @ 4º and 100gr points. I use a Phoenix with no DBs, a Boo string, and a Leupold 2-7X scope. Accuracy is about equal with field points or broadheads (G-5 Montecs, Wac'Em Exit, and several mechanicals I've tried).
2213s with 125gr points will shoot interchangeably with the 2215s. Same POI and similar accuracy at hunting ranges (35 yards max for me). The 2213s are a little easier to damage, though.

I believe one very important aspect to maintain accuracy with aluminums is removal from the target!
Be very careful to pull them straight!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use a Danny Miller arrow puller if I shoot foam!

I have also ruined a few by shooting through targets with inconsistent "stuffing density" which varies from soft to very hard composition (live deer with soft lungs and hard bones).
After a kill check the arrow for accuracy before resuming hunting with it.

I agree with most of the above, 2114's no brass, 3''OR 4'' feathers and a number of fixed BH no probs hit what I want as far as I want. nothing wrong with the carbon shafts, it starts at learning how to make them all fly where you want alum or carbon
