Nice to see horns so early in the year Vortex, and DANG Vix, you seriously need a new cam , that pic is bordering on psychedelic

I've only had my cam out 2 weeks and so far only one poor skinny deer  and one red fox.

Vortex, how do you like your spypoint, I been considering buying the lower end IR-5, pretty inexpensive for a trail cam at $125, and I like that they are Canadian made. Which model do you have??

This picture is from an IR5. This is my second Spy Point, the previous was an IR6 but it was stolen last year. I have had great success with them, battery live is incredible (the IR5 went out last November, I retrieved it in early April 200pics and batteries are still showing full level). If something happens to this one, I will definitely get another Spy Point.

Great to hear the Spypoint works well. I love my Bushnell, I usually change the batteries at around 800 pics, it will take more but I do not get out to my cam too often so I change them earlier than needs be. My Moultrie died so I am looking for another camera, the Spypoint might be the ticket since the newer Bushnells have pretty sad reviews.

How are the night shots?? and does it making any noise when it takes a pic?? My old I-40 Moultrie made a click when a pic was taken and it always caught the attention of the deer.

Before my IR6 was taken, the last time I seen it, it was in the field for 3 months, and at 1200 pic and 29 minutes of video and the batteries still showed full levels

Is there much difference between the IR-5 and IR-6 except $30 ?? I cannot see how there can be much change in pic quality with a 1mp difference, or is the difference solely because the IR-6 shows temperature and moon phase ?

I just pulled my camera card in from the southeast corner of Pennsylvania and the buck have about 2 inches of new growth. I hope to see them keep growing.
